This year Team Triple M is looking to raise $18,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society through the Chicago Marathon.

Description: Join US Olympian Runner Suzy Favor Hamilton for a 5K/10K | 2 mi to benefit Capital Candleighters at Keva Sports Center in Middleton. 10am start time. Registration before August 31st: 6-12 years - $15, over 13 years - $25. 10K and 5K runs with cash prizes for the fastest man and woman, and a 2 mile walk to honor and celebrate the 250+ kids and teens on treatment for cancer at American Family Children's Hospital. Proceeds provide family support groups, emergency financial assistance, transportation and education for families of kids with cancer in S.C. Wisconsin.
Description: Enjoy another great year of scenic and challenging cycling, camaraderie with friends, and a delicious Wisconsin cook-out to benefit the Shelley Glover Sports Education Foundation. 100 mi, 50 mi, 20 mi, 10 mi routes. Ride starts at 8am.

The Shelley Glover Sports Education Foundation is a non-profit organization founded to honor Shelley Glover, a gifted athlete and compassionate leader. It is dedicated to promoting athletic activities and competition for youth of all ages and abilities with a focus on Shelley’s favorite sports, skiing, swimming and soccer.

Description: The Urban Assault Ride™ is a truly unique cycling event...and quickly becoming one of the biggest in country! Here's how it works: You and your teammate will set out on a city-wide quest for 'checkpoints' on your favorite two-wheeled steeds. At each checkpoint, you'll drop your bikes and complete a funky/adventurous obstacle course, then remount your bikes and hit the streets for more. Only $30-$55/person.
Description: Pedal with Pat is a bicycle tour to raise funds to help fight autism, benefiting the Autism Society of Greater Madison. Starting and finishing at Treinen Farm, home of the famous corn maze, the ride will take you on rural roads with great views and fun for everyone. Long and short distances are available. There is also a 10k kids distance for the younger riders. Stay after the ride for refreshments and fun in the corn maze. Riders will pick up clues to help them through the corn maze throughout their ride.
Description: Join the Literacy Network for the 19th Annual Literacy Network Run/Walk at the corner of State and Gorham Streets in downtown Madison, WI. The event will be held on Sunday, October 3 at 10:30 a.m. All participants receive a high-quality long-sleeve t-shirt! www.litnetwork.org

Description: Middleton’s Haunted Hustle Marathon Ghost Tour is a thrilling marathon, half marathon and 10-K experience. All three events start and finish at Greenway Station. The course takes runners on a tour of historical haunting sites throughout Middleton, Wisconsin. Runners beware, as you encounter haunted sites, sounds, and a host of scary characters along the way! Featuring; costume divisions, Halloween “themed” aid stations, and the best roads and trails that Middleton has to offer. This event is sure to become a classic!
Description: Following in the footsteps of many other famous “mud” events, the Madison Mud Run is a challenging 4.6 mile run with hills, water crossings, tire obstacles, 5 foot wall climbs, tunnel crawls, inflatable obstacles and the famous “mud pit”. “Madison’s Dirtiest Race” is the most fun you can have running almost 5 miles. How “tough” is it? It is as tough as you want it to be. The course is designed for everyone. Registration through October 15: $30, through October 30: $35, race day: $40.
