World's Worst iPod: Tainted Love by Soft Cell

This song was first recorded in 1965, but didn't become a hit until Soft Cell released it in 1981.  It was a number 1 song in the UK.  It took much longer for it to become a hit in the U.S.  It eventually went to number 8 in the U.S. and spent 43 weeks on the Hot 100.

This song rocks The longer version to it was much more cooler though. You also may or may not know that this song regained status from the movie "Coneheads",(not sure if that is the correct title of the movie)but all in all this was a great song.

Not nearly bad enough to be on the WWIpod
Nothing takes me back to my college days like having a few adult beverages and listening to the throngs of students sing along to Tainted Love at Camp Randall. For a great modern but retro take on the song, check out Imelda May's version on Imelda.TV.
