I hate to admit it, but every time I go to the bathroom I take my cell phone with me so I can search the web or read a few tweets. Reading while sitting on the toliet doesn't seem as bad since that tends to be a little longer process. But even if I'm going to pee, I find myself looking at my phone for the 60 seconds it takes me to do my business.
It's rather sad.
So why am I bringing this all up? There's a new time waster for men in the bathroom. A company in the UK has created urinal video games.
You control the action figure by aiming and shooting (if you know what I mean). I'm not really sure this game in necessary. Honestly, how long could someone play the game?
Has it really come to this? Are we so afraid to be alone with our thoughts, even for 30 seconds, that we must be distracted?
Today is World Goth Day, a day to celebrate the post-punk, anti-establishment, dark clothes-wearing subculture.
I'm pretty sure I was a Goth for at least for little while, for two reasons.
1) I almost hardly ever wear pastels.
