Welcome to Frank's Topless restaurant. These are your waiters.Unfortunately the only people that Frank could get to work topless were men. But don't let that discourage your from ordering. The Food is great. The Restaurant has been having trouble gettingmale customers lately, however we have been drawing a few new women every now and then. But Frank has been considering doing without the topless wait staff. What do you think ? Please leave a comment when you pay your bill.
