Sad news from the crappy food department as Hostess is going out of business! I know those snacks have absolutely no nutritional value, but they do have sentimental value. As a kid, I would have a cupcake and peel off the frosting and eat it last. My mom would pack a HoHo in my lunch on Fridays.
About four years ago, I had a cupcake. It seemed a lot smaller than I remember. It also didn’t taste as good as I remember.
Thankfully my palette has become more sophisticated, but I have to admit I’m a little sad this junk food is going away.
