I may have to go back to college, now that a university in Liverpool has started offering a Master of Fine Arts in the Beatles. Senior lecturer Mike Brocken at Liverpool University says there have been 8,000 books written about the Beatles, but there has never before been serious academic study, so that's what they aim to provide. The master's degree in the Beatles will include coursework and a dissertation.
While I haven't gotten around to downloading an application for admission, I have come up with some possible titles for my dissertation.
