You might think that all Bonnaroo has to offer is concert after concert of incredible musicians. Well, that’s far from the truth. They have comedy too! This includes oodles of names I don’t recognize and then, JIMMY FALLON!! For anyone that knows me, I am butter in the hands of comedy. I melt. I get mushy. I fall in love. I will bow to you like you are the king of all that is good and funny and right in the world.
But enough about that…Jimmy Fallon ROCKS! He started as a stand-up comedian which lead to Saturday Night Live. He’s been seen in movies such as Almost Famous, Fever Pitch and most recently replaced Conan O’Brien as host of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on March 2, 2009.
Another interesting little tidbit I just learned is he is married to Nancy Jovenen (co-owner of Flower Films with Drew Barrymore). Hey people, there’s a quiz at the end! Are you paying attention? Ok, maybe it’s not all that interesting. For you, it’s just another useless trivia fact stuck in the back of your mind. For me, it’s a conversation starter. I need this so when I meet him I don’t turn into a giggling little schoolgirl. Or maybe he’d like that? Maybe I should do a little more research…
