Guster has picked a winner for video contest

With a new album released, rock group Guster realized they needed a video for one of their new tracks and saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between artist and fan.  So back in September,  Guster asked their fans to help them make a video for their new song Bad, Bad World. "Our fans tend to be really creative, and they tend to want to share that with us," Guster drummer Brian Rosenworcel told Billboard.com shortly after the contest started. "We generally strive to be the type of the band that doesn't put up a brick wall between our fans, but rather, we kind of break it down." The winner of the contest is Nora McCormack of Soft Shell Productions.  In her heartwarming video she asks four people to change a life for $10 or less.  She then follows their stories around the streets of Portland, Maine.  One woman buys toys and art supplies for kids in a hospital while another gives away flowers to strangers.  See the do-gooders at work in the video below.
