I'm sure you've seen a musician playing on the street with his or her guitar case open Have you ever thrown any change in the case? Many times I've walked by without throwing anything in and I've felt bad about it later. Well, now I have my chance to make up for it and so do you.
Local musician Mike Droho has driven more than 100-thousand miles with his band playing gigs all over the country. His Jeep has seen it all and is almost ready to be sent to that giant parking lot in the sky.
Mike is asking his supporters , if I may quote Supertramp, "give a little bit". He must raise 5-thousand bucks by Thursday. At the time, I'm writing this blog he's got about 4-thousand bucks. If he doesn't hit 5K by Thursday, he has to return everything he's raised
Mike was our Project M champion last season. Those of you not familiar with Project M, where have you been?! It's our local reality show where musicians have to write and perform original songs each week.
