The Counting Crows drop an album of covers March 27th and are asking fans to create the cover art. The contest launched at Creative Allies today. The winner scores $1,000 and the opportunity to work with the Counting Crows' creative director to develop the record's layout.
Creative Allies has provided a template and a couple songs from the upcoming release for inspiration. Adam Duritz plans on releasing other cover albums in the future but next will focus on new Counting Crows material.
A win could open some doors for an aspiring artist or creative designer. Good luck!
