What does Jonathan have to say?

Brit Hume is making me fume

Did you hear what Brit Hume said on Sunday?  A part of me can't believe it, but then again it is Fox.  Check it out here: Really Brit?!  Seriously?!  Come on?! As you watched that video, I hope you were as offended as I was when I first heard it.  Even if you're Christian, you've got to think this is wrong.  Right? Do I need to keep writing about how wrong Brit is for saying something so insane? If you still don't see the problem, let me break it down for you.  How would YOU feel if I told YOU that YOUR religion was not really good enough and you should switch to another. The same goes for prayer in school.  Are you okay with the prayer in school being a DIFFERENT religion then yours?  I really feel silly writing about this, but it's obvious after hearing Brit that some people still think that their way is the right way and that's just WRONG.

Good thing that everyone knows Fox is full of it, and Hume is a blow hard just like the rest of them. What Tiger really needs to do is not soul search, but just be a little more upfront about who he is. He needs to come out and say, "You know, I like women. I like a lot of women. I like women who like to shake their booty for a livin. Sorry I made you all think I was a family man, but I'm not. Never will be. But I promise to continue kicking everyone's a** on the golf course and providing the most exciting rounds of golf the sport has ever seen."

[...] “Tiger, turn to the Christian faith and you can make a total recovery and be a great example to the world.” Those are not the words of Pat Robertson. Those are the words of former Fox News personality Brit Hume (video here). [...]

Kitty used to be a Goth--almost
Today is World Goth Day, a day to celebrate the post-punk, anti-establishment, dark clothes-wearing subculture. I'm pretty sure I was a Goth for at least for little while, for two reasons. 1) I almost hardly ever wear pastels. 2) I used to...

World's Worst iPod: Funky Cold Medina by Tone Loc
This morning it seemed like just about everyone was in the mood for some Funky Cold Medina...except Kitty. This ridiculous song made it all the way to number 3 in 1989. Jonathan says any song that references advertising dogs from the 80's has got...

World's Worst iPod: It's a Miracle by Barry Manilow
It's a miracle that both Jonathan and KItty wanted to hear Barry Manilow this morning. They were not alone. Plenty of Fanilow's called in to vote yes. One caller claimed to have seen Manilow in concert 25 times!
A Fine Monday Afternoon
The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, it is another gorgeous Monday, fit for another great show at the Crystal Corner tonight. Through locking ourselves in the barn on Irish Lane, tossing some ideas around, as well as a few choice beverages to...

Hey everybody, we were thrown for a loop by the twist this week, but were able to make one of our "oldie but a goldie" songs fit the mold. We have a few songs that we have played consistently over the years, and we are very happy that we will be...
