Adele: Rolling in the Deep

Adele Adkins who just goes by Adele is a young Londoner who burst upon the scene in 2008 with her debut album "19". She was the  recipient of the BRIT Awards very first Critic's Choice , and was predicted to be one of the year's breakout artists. They were not wrong, and she picked up a Grammy for Best New Artist in 2009. A chance stumble across CD's from Ella Fitzgerald and Etta James influenced her music as a very young girl  and she wrote her first song at just 16. A brand new album is due to be released here in the states on February 22. Expect to hear a little more Americana influence in this album as she spent some time listening to country music   her tour bus driver played. Here she is on Ellen with the world premiere of first single from the new album " 21" called " Rolling in the Deep". --Gabby Parsons
