7/20 Grill Out For Blue Grass Whole Foods Market, 4pm, more info
Blue Grass
Enjoy a special grill out for Four Lakes Traditional Music Cooperative! All proceeds of tonight’s grill will go to this Madison nonprofit that puts on the incredible Sugar Maple Traditional Music Festival each year (coming up August 6-7…tickets available in-store). Be sure to stick around for live music from Oak Street Ramblers, the Kentucky Waterfalls, and (This is the) Squirrel Hunters! And what would good music be without a few tasty brews? Enjoy samples and chat with the brewers from O’so Brewing Company.
7/20 Squeeze w/ Mike Jarvis Barrymore Theatre, 8pm, more info
New Wave Pop Rock
British rock band Squeeze will arrive in Madison to perform a show at the Barrymore Theatre.  Most well known in the US for their tracks "Tempted," "Hourglass" and "853-5937" the band has gained commercial success and critical acclaim throughout much of the world.  Be sure to head to the Barrymore to catch this great show.

Earl Foss and the Brown Derby are a country band based out of Madison Wisconsin. The band is a traditional country band that play their own music as well as a cover here and there. The current members of the Brown Derby are: Earl Foss, Andrew Harrison, Nick Brown, and Kyle Motor.  Earl Foss and the Brown Derby stay true to their country roots and are sure to maintain their country style in all they do.

Blues
Catfish Stevenson spends much of his performance time on the streets of Madison playing for the masses.  If you are lucky, you can see him at the Farmer's Market or on State Street strumming his bluesy guitar.  Don't let this fact turn you away from this outstanding blues musician.  If you are a local blues fan, you should not miss Catfish Stephenson.

Over her 28-year career Natalie Merchant has earned a place among America’s most respected recording artists with a reputation for being a songwriter of quality and a captivating performer. Merchant began her musical career as the lead vocalist and lyricist of the pop music band 10,000 Maniacs and released two platinum and four gold records with the group.

Acoustic Rock
Jack Johnson will be in Wisconsin Saturday with friends G. Love and ALO (Animal Liberation Orchestra).  Jack will surely bring his smooth chill surfer sound to the Valley.  Johnson is on tour to promote his most recent album To The Sea.  G. Love will be playing a solo show and ALO will bring their chill yet funky sound to southern Wisconsin.
7/25 Peter Wolf Crier w/ Heartless Bastards and The Builders and The Butchers Wisconsin Union Terrace, 8pm, more info
Indie Rock
Peter Wolf  Crier is a musical duo from Minneapolis, Minnesota who recently released their debut album Inter-Be on indie label Jagjaguwar.  Jagjaguwar is the label who brought you fellow midwesterner (Eau Claire, Wisconsin to be specific) Bon Iver.  Be sure to check out their release Inter-Be and make it to the Union Terrace Sunday night. Joining Peter Wolf Crier on Sunday is Cincinnati native rockers Heartless Bastards as well as Portland, Oregon's own The Builders and The Butchers.
