If you're looking to escape the bitter cold in Wisconsin, you might consider heading out to California in April for the annual Coachella Music Festival held in Idaho, California. Tickets go on sale today. They released their headliners a couple of days ago and some artists to note that will be there include:

The Black Keys

The Strokes
Some fans of the festival were angry about the choice of Kanye West to headline, some even saying that they are going to boycott the festival. 3-Day passes run at about $280. (That doesn't include food/hotel/campground). Single day passes are available as well.
